**The Company**:
A digital-first creative agency, operating as a division of a larger mobile advertising agency, originally founded in 2011. The company sold a share of the business to a global media agency in 2014, giving them the strength and backing of a major advertisingand media network Although their roots lie in mobile, they produce adverts and creative strategies for all digital platforms, including Out-Of-Home screens.
Their start-up style throws employees in at the deep end, but with the right amount of backup and mentorship to ensure they succeed
They have produced some amazing work for their clients, who include tier one brands like Canon, Oakley, Waitrose, Peugeot, Sainsbury’s, Grey Goose, Not-On-The-High-Street, Renault, John Lewis, Virgin Media, and many more
**The Role**:
As a Creative Analyst, you will join a burgeoning analytics team and play a key role in expanding the analytics offering.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering high quality insight to some of the highest profile companies in the world, such as technology, travel, automotive and fashion brands
- Finding trends and patterns in diverse data sets, formulating these into actionable insights for clients, and presenting to key stakeholders
- Your work will have direct impact on decision making and strategy on major digital advertising campaigns
**About your skills and attributes**:
- **Driven**:You will be an analyst early in your career, determined to 'find the right answer’ in data, excited to work in the media and advertising field
- **Excellent Oral & Written Communication Skills**:Strong communication skills to explain the patterns in analytics, and confidence in presenting ideas to clients and stakeholders
- **Proactive Self-Starter**:You will be proactive in improving and refining the practices and techniques
- **Personable**:You enjoy building relationships with people, working closely with clients which requires a confident and agreeable nature
