**Duties**:
- Responsible for assisting in EHC’s recruiting and Talent Acquisition methods and strategies
- Advertising of new roles, via online job boards and social media, utilising other sourcing methods where necessary
- Liaising with external providers at times including advertising and recruitment agencies.
- Compile appealing job adverts in line with EHC recruitment branding and post roles to relevant job boards
- Develop future talent pipelines
- Act as the “go to” for the wider recruitment team and offer support and development where needed
- Support employer branding initiatives by utilising digital marketing techniques on social media platforms
- Ensure Applicant Tracking System data is accurate and up-to-date
Essential Experience:
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a Recruitment Resourcer / Coordinator role
- Demonstrable experience of manging recruitment via Social Media channels
- Ability to communicate at all stakeholder management levels
- Excellent organisational skills and be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Personable and professional
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
Schedule:
