Office Admin and Packing Assistant

Our small, friendly, family business is looking for someone to assist with a variety of admin tasks, plus product collating, packing and mail-order despatch.
The hours will be spread over 3 or more days to suit, with a negotiable start time.
We need someone who is reliable, keen, adaptable, trustworthy, self-motivated, and flexible. The ideal person will have some experience of working in a similar environment, be well organised, methodical and have excellent attention to detail.
Some of the product packing work can be fiddly, so concentration, patience and nimble fingers are also required.
Admin tasks are to learn Sage software to create sales orders and run reports, plus create and maintain excel spreadsheets for reports and price lists.
Collating and packing of products plus picking and despatch of orders will take around 50% of the time.

Lifting and moving boxes is a necessity of the job. You will not be expected to lift heavy items.

Part-time hours: 16 - 20 per week
**Salary**: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
