You will be required to deliver and maintain a professional service at all times, ensuring that you are courteous whilst providing an efficient service to any prospective or existing customer.
Follow the company registration and clearing process for all new applicants. Ensure all updates are made to the operating system, in a timely manner, monitor progress and manage issues to their conclusion.
You will be first response for inbound calls, managing the query in line with our targets.
Review and process all eligibility to work documents received in line with Crest Plus ETW policy.
Be able to explain each area of the payments for the respective solution.
Use the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM), to ensure all automated and manual activities are completed within a timely manner.
In line with the company’s standard operating procedures and best practice, use the company document management systems to accurately record and capture data.
Ensuring all interactions are clear, can be understood and called upon as per business needs.
