**ROLE: COMMERCIAL SERVICE ASSISTANT**

The Commercial Service Assistant will work closely with the Manager and colleagues to

ensure the smooth running of the Centre. You will support your Team with all administrative

tasks and work with them to ensure the Site meets their targets for sales, margin and profit.

You should demonstrate the Company values in your interactions with customers and

colleagues. You should provide the highest level of customer service to customers to

develop positive relationships within the community.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Check Job Sheets and produce invoices in accordance with customer Service Level Agreements.
- Deal with enquiries from walk-in customers and provide excellent customer service experience,
- Quality check Job Sheets for completion and accuracy, sourcing missing information if necessary.
- Support the Site Manager and colleagues to ensure targets for sales, margin and profit.
- Assign call logging to relevant Technician tablets.
- Order consumables for Site in line with policy and Health and Safety requirements.
- Answer telephone calls and enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, with high customer service level.
- Check time sheets for accuracy before passing to Site Manager for input to Payroll System.
- Promote the Company Values within your Site by embracing them in your day-to-day tasks.
- Assist with training and development of trainees.

**Key Skills and Experience**
- Experience of delivering excellent customer service within a customer-facing environment
- A proactive approach to helping colleagues and customers with their requirements.
- Available to work on a rota basis, which may include weekends.
- Experience of working towards achieving tasks and target
- Have IT experience with technology and computer-based ordering systems.
- A high level of accuracy and numeracy
- Be open to new initiatives and training requirements.
