Jackson Hogg is excited to be partnering with a New and Expanding Accountancy Services Company in Northumberland, in their search for an Administration Assistant.

In this role you will be responsible for the following;
**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Greet visitors at reception
- Type letters, reports, and other business documents
- Onboarding of new clients
- Updating computer records and databases
- Print and photocopy items
- Ordering office supplies and ensure office equipment like printers and phones are working
- Setting up meeting times when asked to do so and booking meeting rooms
- Collect office mail
- Keep office clean and tidy
- Other related duties as required

**Qualifications**:

- GCSE C or above

**Job Skills and Abilities**:

- Ability to multitask in an environment where priorities can change rapidly
- Excellent organisational skills
- Good time management skills and the ability to anticipate and manage a changing workflow and meet deadlines
- Proactive
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills including internet use, windows XP, Excel and Word
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated administrative and organisational skills

**Additional Information**:

- Maintain well-organised filing systems and work area
- To act in a respectful, sensitive, and confidential manner
- Represent the company in a professional manner

**Hours**:Mon to Fri 9am - 5.15pm (36.25 hours) - 1 hour for lunch

**Holidays**:25 days (pro rata) + extra day for birthday
