This role is 3 days per week in the Norwich office and 2 days per week working from home
A bit about the job:
In this role you will take ownership of your claims and investigate what has happened to make pragmatic decisions on the best course of action for our customers. You may be taking a new report of a theft, fire or flood, or you may be progressing the customers vehicle repairs, or explaining the impact to their policy.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Effective time management i.e., the ability to multi-task and prioritise responsibilities
- Strong problem-solving skills matched with an inquisitive nature and a collaborative working style, with a willingness to learn and help others
- Passionate about delivering brilliant customer service and be a superb communicator
- Embrace and support change, matched with the ability to share ideas and suggestions to improve our customers’ journey
- Thrives undertaking digital & online tasks, and can demonstrate strong I.T skills, with prior experience of using software like Microsoft Outlook and Word.
What you’ll get for this role:
- Annual salary of £20,000 up to £26,790 (depending on skills, experience, hours and qualifications).
