Midway Care Group provides essential support to adults with learning disabilities and complex mental health needs. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a **Talent Acquisition Advisor** to join our HR team, playing a key role in hiring the best talent for our care services.

**About The Role**

**The Role**:
As a **Talent Acquisition Advisor**, you will be responsible for the **end-to-end recruitment** of hourly paid roles across our organisation. Your key duties will include:
Conducting pre-screening interviews to assess suitability for roles.
Managing job offers and onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with pre-employment checks.
Building strong relationships with hiring managers and offering recruitment advice.
Attending job fairs and supporting recruitment initiatives.
Contributing to recruitment projects such as talent pipelining, employer branding, and process improvements

**What We’re Looking For**:
**Recruitment Experience**: Minimum of **one year** in a recruitment role, ideally within healthcare or a similar high-volume environment.
**Organisational Skills**: Experience managing multiple vacancies and meeting hiring KPIs.
**Proactive Approach**: A self-starter who can identify recruitment improvements and talent pipelines.
**Tech-Savvy**: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, job boards, and Microsoft Office.
