Here at Peabody, we have an opportunity for Food Hub Supervisor on a Permanent and part-time basis at our Healthy Living Centre in London.

**A bit about the role**:
This is a newly created position that will play an essential role in the Healthy Living Centre as a whole. As a Food Hub Supervisor, you will be responsible for the coordination of the daily food hub operations including managing all volunteering schedules, referrals, the receiving and distribution of items and ensuring food safety and proper food storage.

Some of the key results for the role include:

- Ensure services are accessible and targeted to those most in need.
- Maintain Food Hub equipment, ensuring regular maintenance and repairs are completed.
- Ensure that Food safety and temperature controls are monitored and maintained, and that all policies and procedures are followed.
- Supervise, motivate and guide Good Hub Volunteers and create a team environment.
- Monitor and manage the Food Hub budget,
- Coordinate volunteer staff for proper coverage of operations including scheduling and training, in coordination with the Centre Manager, Coffee Bar Manager and Volunteering Manager.
- Have a flexible approach to cover the access needs of hub service users including evening and weekend work.

This role will require a Standard DBS check.
