We are looking for an Events Specialist to join the Events Services team in EMEA. This person will travel to in-person events and will provide support with event streaming and remote callers via Zoom.

**Summary of Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with Zoom trade show booths including Zoom Room temporary installation and configuration
- Staff tradeshow booth to answer production, event and Zoom Room questions
- Consult with clients on process and best practices when using traditional broadcast AV with Zoom meetings and webinars including cameras, switching systems, & audio flows-
- Create scheduled Zoom meetings and/or webinars while managing pre-determined settings to match the customer’s use-case
- Manage Zoom meetings and webinars directly including waiting rooms, un-muting participants, monitoring chat or Q/A, and utilizing Zoom dashboard to monitor meeting health.
- Promote secure uses of the Zoom platform while allowing new and creative uses to create engaging audience experiences.
- Maintain constant communication and documentation to ensure a smooth, safe and successful event for customers and Zoom.
- Consistently engage in self-learning and growth surrounding virtual events and Zoom

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent required, in Media or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of audiovisual experience required
- Experience with OSC or related protocols
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to present to customers and key decision makers
- Flexibility to adapt to a constantly changing schedule and environment with a positive attitude
- Ability to travel internationally occasionally and domestically frequently
- Ability to work and think independently and ensuring to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of advanced signal flow for audio, video and control
