The Role

A leading global consultancy is looking for an
Event and Client Experience Specialist
to support the seamless delivery of high-profile events and client engagement initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Client Experience & Events, you will take ownership of event execution, stakeholder coordination, and logistical planning to ensure exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver
    end-to-end event management
    , ensuring smooth execution.
  • Oversee stakeholder and vendor relationships, including contract negotiations.
  • Manage event budgets, reporting, and post-event evaluations.
  • Prepare and present decks using
    Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
    .
  • Provide on-site support for events, including during out-of-office hours.

What You Bring

  • Strong end to end event management experience
    , ideally in a
    corporate or luxury fashion
    environment.
  • Strong
    project management
    and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in
    Microsoft Office Suite
    , with experience creating presentations and budgeting.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, multitask, and manage competing priorities.
  • A proactive mindset with excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills.
