**Operations Specialist**

If you have an eye for detail, a good understanding of store operations and are passionate about making operational activity simpler for shops and better for customers, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
- **About the opportunity**

The Retail Operations team support and improve the operational processes in our stores and work with the business to make sure new activity is simple for stores and better for customers. This is an opportunity to join the team to support with commercial initiatives, working alongside the trading and marketing teams to develop, implement, review and improve any new activity that’s planned for our stores. You will also provide support and expertise to both stores and the support office by:
- Working cross functionally to develop new initiatives, agreeing any changes to store process, equipment or systems
- Create and deliver any implementation guidance and engagement to support activity
- Work with stores and field teams to review how activity lands in stores, looking for opportunities to drive future improvements
- Continually review and improve store operational processes and best practice guidance with simplicity and efficiency at the forefront

**About you**
- A good understanding of stores and operational processes, including sales plan and merchandising
- Excellent relationship building skills, able to engage and influence colleagues across the business including stores
- Ability to explain, simplify and communicate complex information concisely
- High level of attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise work effectively
