We are looking for positive, eager, and committed individuals, with previous sales experience, to join our team here at Focus Resourcing. You will be fully trained as a 360 recruitment consultant by the local branch manager, of whom has been in recruitmentfor 18 years

Having successfully built a strong reputation in the area and industry, we want like-minded individuals, who want to join our work family in our expansion. Some form of previous sales experience is essential.

Office opening hours are Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm, 25 days holiday, competitive annual salary, commission structure paying up to 20% and an achievable generous quarterly bonus.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Identifying and developing client/business relationships
- Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment
- Managing the process through the interview to offer stage and beyond
- Offering CV, interview and general career advice
- Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities
