KM4Talent are working closely with an established, yet forward thinking Chartered Accountancy Firm to recruit an additional Accounts and Audit Senior, to a hybrid role offering full or part-time hours on a flexi-time basis.

**Responsibilities**

This role sits within a supportive and collaborative team, where individuals are encouraged to share ideas and take on higher levels of responsibility to allow them to really progress and learn.
- Working across a variety of sectors such as: Consumer Markets; Legal and Not for Profit to UK GAAP requirement.
- Planning through to completion of Audits including attending planning and closing (virtual) meetings with clients.
- Supervising, coaching, allocating and reviewing the work of junior audit staff; providing training and feedback.
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients and colleagues.

**Requirements**:
It is anticipated that you will have experience gained in a General Practice, Mid-Tier or Top Tier Firm, although you may be seeking to return to Practice from commerce or family leave. You will need to be able to demonstrate:

- An Accountancy qualification such as ACA or ACCA. You may be an active studier or finalist.
- UK based experience of Audit and Accounts preparation at new or nearly qualified level.
- Strong communication and time management skills and ideally supervisory or mentoring experience.
- Knowledge of audit and accounting packages (although training is available).
