**The objective of the job**
- Being a central person concerning Power BI
- Power BI Administrator
- Monitoring of the Power BI environment at the corporate level
- Proposing and implementing improvements where needed
- Creating and animating a Power BI community within AG
- Support & coaching to business users concerning the usage of Power BI
- Redaction and sharing of best practices
- Development of new reports for the data team or other internal teams
- Advisory role for the development of new reports for the data team or other internal teams

**Business experience required**

**Mandatory**
- Experience in DWH concepts and run

**Preferable**
- Experience as BI developer on SQL Server based technologies
- Experience within Insurance or financial domain
- Experience on projects with different technology stacks, integration aspects (with packages or external solutions) & infrastructure aspects

**Technical experience required**

**Mandatory**
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Power BI in an administrator and developer role
- Being aware of best practices, trends & evolutions of the IT industry and most particularly Microsoft SQL Server technologies stacks and Power BI.

**Preferable**
- Knowledge about/experience in DWH running in Azure environment

**Functional experience required**

**Mandatory**
- Ability to interact with Business Owners and gather Business Requirements.
- Ability to translate Business Requirements into functional & technical Requirements.
- Database modelling.

**Preferable**
- Database modelling via modelling tools such as Erwin or Visio
