Power Platform Specialist

Location: You may be based fully remotely, or in our Sheffield or London offices, depending on your location. If you are based remotely, occasional travel to a Fragomen office may be required.

About the role:
The Platform Specialist will be responsible for the design, developing, testing and maintenance of business tasks within multiple platforms. The role will include highlighting in processes any areas of inefficiency and providing ongoing support.

Also required:

- Designing, developing, testing and maintaining automation flows within the PowerAutomate platform
- Designing, developing, testing and maintaining business reports within the PowerBI platform
- Creating customer PowerBI visualisations for reports
- Using R/Python code for PowerBI Visualisations
- Creating end-user documentation on use of Power Platform solutions / delivering training sessions on use of solutions
- Utilising various data sources - Dynamics CRM/Business Central, Dataverse, Sharepoint
- Undertake research as to the value add of other Power Platform solutions such as Power Virtual Assistant
- Identify areas of inefficiency within business processes that could be automated or simplified through use of Power Platform
- Provide ongoing support within the Power Platform, including external facing apps and RLS
