Are you an **L&D Delivery professional** looking for a fresh opportunity?

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Learning and Development team at Sovereign as our **Learning and Development Delivery Manager.** You'll be based from our head office in Basingstoke, combining office and home working to ensure a positive work / life balance. There may be some occasional travel to other sites for meetings, workshopsor training facilitation.

**The Role**

You'll be responsible for the end-to-end learning and development needs across Sovereign, ensuring the right training is being delivered at the right time, to the right people across the business. You'll manage a team of L&D Delivery Leads and Coordinators,working closely with the business to understand the diverse requirements in learning needs and shaping this into L&D delivery plans.

Responsibilities include:

- Working with our Head of Organisational Development to build out the L&D strategy
- Creating a robust L&D Delivery plan that includes coaching and mentoring, early careers, performance management and Culture and Values
- Building out a resource plan to ensure all mandatory and regulatory L&D needs are met on time
- Supporting the L&D Delivery team where required to deliver training, update content and shape other L&D solutions
- Managing the delivery of Sovereign's Early Careers Framework
- Supporting Organisational Development Consultants to build out leadership and management development programmes

**What we're looking for**

You'll need proven experience in a similar role within Learning and Development, supporting on building out a successful L&D strategy and rolling out a delivery programme of training. Ideally, you'll have gained experience from an organisation with a diverselearning agenda, including mandatory and regulatory compliance areas, career development and critical skills development.

You'll also need:

- Experience in designing and delivering end to end training packages, including use of analytics to measure return on investment
- Knowledge and experience in Early Careers delivery
- Strong stakeholder management skills across all levels
- Proven analytical skills and experienced in handling learning data
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Experience in managing diverse teams, coaching and guiding where required
