Join us as a Mortgage Customer Contact Specialist
- We’ll look to you to deliver excellent service to our customers, keeping their needs and financial goals in mind at all times
- You’ll be educating customers in the different ways they can do their banking and supporting them in choosing the options that work best for them
- We’re looking for a detail-orientated person to complete processes and procedures, while providing each customer with a seamless experience
**What you'll do**:
In this role, you’ll conduct financial reviews with customers and provide them with accurate information, allowing them to make informed decisions on financial products and services. You’ll hone your organisational skills as you manage your diary and balance proactive conversations with planned customer meetings.
Your duties will include:
- Supporting the bank’s way of working to help as many customers as possible
- Managing customer contact lists to identify opportunities to help customers with new financial services or products
- Maintaining relationships with colleagues in your department to support customers and maintain an awareness of the wider aims of the business
- Resolving complaints and errors quickly and making sure that the relationship with the customer is fully restored
**The skills you'll need**:
We’re also looking for you to demonstrate:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- A background of working within a regulatory environment
- Good technology skills with the ability to use Microsoft Office

- We're here for our customers, whatever the time of day or night, so you'll need to be flexible and commit to working a rotating shift pattern
- You’ll work 35 hours over 5 days between the hours of 8.00am and 8.00pm. We'll discuss your hours in more detail at your interview

**How we'll reward you**
You’ll join on a competitive salary of £24,750 and in addition you’ll receive a contribution to help you save for retirement. You will have a generous holiday entitlement of 33 days (pro rata for hours worked) - you may be required to work bank holidays.
