Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services is currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator to join a Global business that specialises in the Telecommunications Industry

Job Purpose

Work with internal and external Stakeholders including other MNOs and DMSL to support

the delivery of all Shared Rural Network Projects PNS, TNS and EAS.

Support the National Shared Rural Network Manager in all activities regarding Governance for SRN.

To help drive the SRN Programme to successful delivery, on time and within budget.

Track and maintain records for each element of SRN,

Accountabilities

Administrative/reporting/data analysis support - to manage our own governance, reporting, risks and issues. Providing required reporting across all SRN projects.

Report on excessive delivery costs and provide evidence based justification for National delivery managers to approve.

Provide project status reports to all internal and external stakeholders - Proficient in the use of Microsoft Software packages

Identify and liaise with all stakeholders across all MNOs to identify and manage project requirements and obligations in line with timelines and costs.

Evolve Project plans, obligation trackers and risk/issue register.

Escalation of issues and managing timely intervention to prevent delays and missed opportunities.

Provide insight on Areas of improvement, Own and manage any process changes required

Support established governance regimes across the different programmes and maintain good records - monitor project performance and actions.

Ability to work independently, prioritising workload and activities to achieve given deadlines.

Experience Required to be considered for the Project Coordinator role

Telecommunications Industry experience

Good interpersonal skills as the role requires a high level of motivation, rapid decision making and Problem resolution.

Project administration experience

Strong collaboration and partnership capabilities - internal and external.

End to end knowledge of the telecoms industry in particular deployment activities & risks associated with every milestone of acquisition, design and build.

Undertake NDA, compliance training as part of the role

positive communicator

Excellent Excel skills and PowerPoint skills

Proven time management skills with a proactive and self-motivated approach to delivery of tasks.

Excellent organisational skills

Ability to problem solve and respond effectively to ever changing business needs,

coordinating others to achieve a common objective.
