My client is a rapidly growing wellness brand who have taken the industry by storm. Due to growth, they are expanding their creative team and are on the lookout for a Social Media Coordinator to plan, lead and execute their social media asset creation. In return, they offer a supportive working environment, excellent career prospects, quarterly socials and even a monthly allowance toward your physical and mental wellbeing. **Responsibilities**: - Leading social media asset creation and developing social-first content in a timely manner in reaction to fast-paced and evolving social media trends. - Content planning and execution in collaboration with other members of the Marketing team. - Creating concepts in response to briefs. - Creating content that meets business objectives, like raising awareness, engaging audiences, and driving conversions. - Engaging the team with new content innovations and ideas. - Working alongside the team to plan and execute social content shoots. - Attend brand campaign and product marketing shoots to capture social-specific content. - Editing videos & delivering final pieces of content to put LIVE. - Take existing brand assets and edit for social platforms, ie IG stories, IG reels, TikTok. - Work closely with the creative team to deliver content that brings to life the brand, its values and key campaigns **Requirements**: - Extensive knowledge of leading social media trends and techniques and an interest in creative innovation across key channels including Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. - A strong commercial portfolio demonstrating proven experience of multi-media social content creation for a consumer brand. - Excellent understanding of and genuine interest in consumer and wellness brands, music, arts and culture. - Highly skilled videographer, including basic editing skills. Photography experience is advantageous. - Highly proficient in Adobe CC, specifically Illustrator, and Photoshop. - 2 - 3 years experience in a similar role The account currently has almost 200k followers - so we are looking for someone who has experience managing a page with a similar size following. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: £30,000.00 per year Schedule: - Monday to Friday Application question(s): - Do you have experience managing a social media account with a following of at least 100k?
