Central Employment are looking to recruit a Internal Technology Recruiter to join one of the fastest growing technology companies in the North East.

Due to the companies rapid growth they are looking to recruit a proactive person to help with their continuous expansion and join their team. The selected individual will be working Full time, Monday to Friday.

**Responsibilities**:
Work in partnership with hiring managers across the business to understand a full thorough brief of each role and the person specification
Create, write engaging job adverts and assist hiring managers in writing job descriptions
Use a variety of sourcing methods to headhunt talent, such as Job Boards and LinkedIn Recruiter

**Skills & experience**:
Knowledge and experience of using sourcing tools through social media and other direct recruitment platforms.
Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build rapport and good working relationships with key stakeholders
Able to adapt to, embrace and lead change
Experience within the Technology industry is ideal but not essential, in-house or within an agency setting.
