We’re looking for a flexible and customer-focused **Catering & Barista Assistant** to join our team. In this role, you’ll help deliver exceptional food and beverage service across a busy site — including preparing drinks and meals, supporting front-of-house service, and maintaining high hygiene standards.

This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys working as part of a team, takes pride in excellent customer service, and can adapt to a variety of tasks across food preparation and retail service.

**What you'll do**:

- Prepare, cook and serve food and drinks to brand and safety standards
- Operate tills, handle cash, and follow opening/closing procedures
- Deliver excellent customer service and product knowledge
- Ensure cleanliness and compliance in all areas (equipment, dining area, kitchen)
- Support stock control, deliveries, and stock rotation
- Carry out daily cleaning tasks and health & safety checks
- Work flexibly across Barista and Food Service Assistant duties
- Communicate clearly with colleagues, customers and management
