Job Overview We’re looking for a flexible and customer‑focused Catering & Barista Assistant to join our team. In this role, you’ll help deliver exceptional food and beverage service across a busy site — including preparing drinks and meals, supporting front‑of‑house service, and maintaining high hygiene standards. This is a hands‑on position ideal for someone who enjoys working as part of a team, takes pride in excellent customer service, and can adapt to a variety of tasks across food preparation and retail service. Responsibilities Prepare, cook and serve food and drinks to brand and safety standards. Operate tills, handle cash, and follow opening/closing procedures. Deliver excellent customer service and product knowledge. Ensure cleanliness and compliance in all areas (equipment, dining area, kitchen). Support stock control, deliveries, and stock rotation. Carry out daily cleaning tasks and health & safety checks. Work flexibly across Barista and Food Service Assistant duties. Communicate clearly with colleagues, customers and management. Qualifications Fully trained to Barista standard with full understanding of brand standards. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to follow procedures and work on own initiative.
