**IT Service Desk Engineer
Sidcup, Kent

**Salary**: £25,000 - £30,000 DOE**

Our client is a small, well-established, privately owned IT MSP based on the London borders, Sidcup, Bexley Kent area.

They have an exciting opportunity for a motivated IT Support Engineer with 2 plus years of experience to improve their technical skill set and work on support tickets and projects at all levels.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone wanting to join a successful, well-established company offering continued training, support and development.

**The Role**:
As a Service Desk Engineer, you will provide high-quality 1st, 2nd and 3rd Line technical support to end-users as well as working on projects.

You will be required to take ownership and have a hands on approach to resolving Client issues that will vary. The role will involve providing desk-top remote support to clients. Therefore you will need to build reputable relationships with clients, offeringexcellent levels of customer service.

**IT Experience**:
Ideally, within a similar MSP your technical skills should include knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10, Active Directory, AzureAD, Sharepoint, Exchange, Office 365.

**Person specification**

You must be able to work with a sense of urgency and be a Strong communicator with a clear and friendly telephone manner.

You should be able to multi-task and demonstrate a 'customer first’ approach

**Package**:
Basic Salary will depend on your previous experience but will be in the range of: £25,000 - £30,000 DOE
