Our Client, a leader in the Security Sector, are currently looking for an Operations Manager/ General Manager to lead their highly valued team on a full-time permanent basis.

The services currently offered by this company include CCTV, Access Control, Gates, Barriers, Roller Shutters, Door Entry, Locksmiths, Safes and Alarms. You will be effectively running the show so previous experience with Security Systems is a must. Previousexperience with the other areas will be considered a bonus.

**Operations Manager/ General Manager Role and Responsibilities**:

- Carrying out Site Surveys
- Providing quotations
- Taking overall responsibility for New Business and Account Management
- You will be responsible for accepting any Installation work, checking all documentation has been filled out correctly and then entering all of the information on to the database
- Taking overall responsibility for the Engineers
- Ensure training is offered, carried out and kept up to date
- You will be responsible for ensuring that all works pending and in progress are managed efficiently with all documents completed correctly.
- You will need to ensure that all kits are ready in time
- You will need to liaise with the Senior Engineers and admin staff to ensure that all work is monitored correctly
- You will need to complete all end of job paperwork before passing on to the relevant team to process
- You will need to ensure that you work proactively to prevent any problems before they happen.
- Answer any questions and queries from staff and customers to help install and maintain confidence in the brand
- Deal with customer queries quickly and efficiently including charge disputes or complaints.

**Operations Manager/ General Manager Skills and Experience**:

- A Full UK Driving Licence or equivalent (Essential)
- A drive and enthusiasm to grab hold of opportunities
- You will have a good knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarms, Door Entry, Door Automation, Gate Automation, Barriers and Roller Shutters. Previous experience with Security Systems is essential. Any experience within the other areas will be considereda bonus.
- A positive attitude and the ability to self-motivate is a must
