Airway Group was established in 1989 and is now a leading provider of air conditioning services throughout Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire & Essex. Our expertise allows us to provide the finest air conditioning services for commercial, domestic and residential customers, including service repair, maintenance and supply & install of air conditioning systems from the leading manufacturers.
**The role**
**Requirements**:
- Has previous experience in a customer facing role
- Is computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Experience using CAFM systems is desirable
- Can perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Has excellent communication skills including demonstrating professional phone etiquette with customers, suppliers and contractors
- Can manage their workload and meet deadlines independently and as part of a team
- Can display strong organisational skills and the ability to maintain organised digital filing systems
- Strong attention to detail when issuing and reviewing engineer job reports
**Job Type**: Permanent and full time
Working hours: 40 hours per week to be worked 8am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday.
**Salary**: £25,400 per annum
Annual leave: 23 days per full year plus bank holidays.
Dress code: During office and customer meetings, smart casual clothing is acceptable.
Auto-enrolment onto company pension scheme if eligible.
