**Shift Pattern**: 12 hour blocked shifts (Days and Nights)

**What we look for from you?**
- Being able to think on the fly and come up with creativity solutions to support challenges.
- Always considering the correct practices of delivering support
- Having a flexible nature regarding shift patterns to deliver the best support possible.
- Understanding of the needs of clients with Challenging behaviours.
- Full UK Drivers Licence
- Legal Right to Work document in the UK
- You will be paid for 8 hours to complete your e-learning this will be paid at national minimum wage, on the condition that you pass the on-boarding process.
