Are you a **SEND Case Officer **looking for a new opportunity? I am working with **London Borough Waltham Forest.**

**Rate - £135+ per day, Negotiable dependent on Experience.**

**Main Purpose of the role.**
- To write new education health and care plans and to meet statutory deadlines. To amend and update education health and care plans from annual review meetings.
- To attend annual review meetings. To deliver services that enable stakeholder, service users and families/carers to engage with and make informed use of the service(s). To manage and progress a large and complex caseload. To provide specialist support for a complex work area.
