Due to continued growth, our client is looking for an **Engineering Buyer.**Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will support the delivery and implementation of supply chain strategies that significantly improve supply performance; in addition to:

- Ensure the purchasing schedules meet the business production demands.
- Develop strong and effective supplier relationships.
- Contribute to supplier performance management and maintain a suite of KPIs.
- Contribute to an inventory strategy to improve inventory turns to optimise working capital.
- Ensure all negotiated gains and cost savings are tracked, measured, and delivered.

To be successful in the role of **Engineering Buyer**, we would like to speak to anyone who has experience in the following:

- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a buyer within a manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience within manufacturing and engineering industries.
- Able to produce, organise and analyse data from the ERP system.
- Ability to create, negotiate, and review basic supply agreements.
- Report and manage a supplier's performance against KPIs.
