We uphold a commitment to excellence, and we are now on the lookout for like-minded professionals to join our firm, in this connection we are considering recruiting a junior partner to join our London office and its international litigation, arbitration and compliance/white collar team, based in our London office.

We are currently working on highly interesting cross-border matters, including high profile and high-value commercial arbitration cases in a variety of industries in the Middle East, Asia, Europe and Africa.

Whilst we will consider applicants who have not been elevated to partnership in their current firm as yet, this role requires technical excellence, rigour, motivation and a strong ability to work independently in a multi-jurisdictional environment.

We will offer a genuine opportunity to build your profile and undertake business development.

We expect a successful junior partner should have:

- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- The ability to handle complex legal cases and disputes
- A talent for building strong client relationships.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence
- A minimum book of business

**What we look for**:

- Experience at reputed law firms;
- Commercial/business understanding and good technical legal skills;
- Willing to travel to Asia, Africa and the Middle East;
- Structured, precise and organized manner of working;
- Strong written and oral English; other language skills would be an asset;
- UK work permit.

**Salary**: £24,386.09-£89,786.70 per year
