Operational Systems Controller

The role is based within a multi beverage (alcohol and non-alcohol) production environment and previous knowledge and experience of working within this environment would be advantageous but not essential as training is provided.
**Role Overview**
You will be reporting directly to the Planning Manager, and will be responsible for day-to-day system operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the operational systems production process
- Maintaining the production process in the ERP system, ensuring the physical and system match and are in real time
- Ensuring the end-to-end process of the system production orders, including raising, reviewing, issuing, ending and returning are completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Supporting Production teams with any system information requirements in the end-to-end process
- Working with Production and Warehouse teams post production, reviewing any necessary adjustments, then reflecting on the ERP system
- Supporting Production and Warehouse teams with stock accuracy, keeping the physical and system aligned
- Reinforce efficient processes surrounding the production process
- On site support for additional operational system issues, including materials, production, warehouse and technical

This role will be based on working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern
4 Days on
- 12 hours in duration (Days 6am-6pm)
4 Days off
4 Nights on
- 12 hours in duration (Nights 6pm-6am)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
