As one of Dorset’s leading digital marketing agencies, we design and manage the websites, mobile apps, online marketing and business systems for a large number of clients across Dorset and further afield.

We are looking for a confident, logical and hardworking individual to join our software department.

As part of our team, you will assist with the planning and delivery of projects and will help drive the software team within the business in order to ensure smooth delivery of our ideas in to production.

After on-the-job training that you’re given in the first few months, you’ll work with other members of the team delivering projects on time and to budget. A typical day may look like:

- Gaining an understanding of what the project stakeholder wants to ultimately achieve
- Helping to plan and set tasks, as well as creating wireframes, prototypes and specification documents
- Helping to manage projects so they’re on schedule and in line with the client's expectations
- Communicating progress reports to stakeholders
- Producing accurate internal reports on project progress
- Managing all project risks and taking actions to mitigate and minimise them
- Using project management software to create tasks & planning project delivery
During your training period, you’ll be shadowing other members of the team to gain valuable on-the-job training. You will have a designated mentor, learn how to use our various software management tools and familiarise yourself with our current clients, services, and ongoing projects.

We’re looking for a confident communicator who can motivate people to do a great job and explain project goals and processes well.
