Teaching Fellow Pharmacology

The Coventry University Group offers a leading approach to teaching and learning in higher education. It offers a range of vocationally relevant higher education courses as well as a portfolio of professional qualifications delivered both face-to-face and on-line. We aim to deliver student education, which is active, social, applied and inclusive.
Teaching Fellows will undertake teaching, and course co-ordination supporting the development and delivery of undergraduate, postgraduate and professional programs and other core activities, and ensure that students have an effective learning experience. Teaching fellows will also be expected to lead modules.
To be appointed you will need to share our passion for delivering a positive student experience that puts excellence in teaching and learning at the heart of everything we do and will be able to demonstrate significant knowledge in your area of specialisation. You will be expected to support the design and delivery of teaching that is engaging, innovative and responsive that achieves excellent student learning outcomes. Previous experience of teaching within a Higher Education Institution is desirable but not essential. Coventry University offers academic support and professional development support and provides the opportunity for staff without a recognised teaching qualification to undertake the PGCE.
