Albion Rye Associates are working with an integrated healthcare agency that have gone from strength to strength and are now looking for an ambitious and passionate Associate Scientific Director to join their friendly and supportive team.
You will be joining a small, but fast paced and collaborative environment, with a great reputation for understanding the issues their clients face.
You will work across a variety of therapy areas such as Haematology, Oncology, Rare Disease, Diagnostics and Neuroscience. This is a key role within the agency, and as such, you will have excellent writing skills coupled with extensive experience withinan agency.
As well as leading on a number of projects and delivering exceptional work, you will also be responsible for developing and mentoring members of the scientific team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Ability to deliver a range of different written outputs
- Review work from members of the Scientific team and provide feedback
- Development of existing accounts through growth opportunities
- Generating new ideas/proposals for organic growth
- Mentor and line manage team members, ensuring the highest scientific standards are always met
- Manage timings and implementation of account deliverables
Experience
- Extensive experience working within a medical communications agency
- Line Management or mentoring experience
- Excellent presentation skills and a track record of developing new business proposals
- Excellent writing skills and attention to detail
- Understanding of end user needs
