We now have an exciting opportunity for Regional People Assistant to assist our People function. This role reports directly to the Regional People Manager

As a Regional People Assistant, you will be required to **master the art of versatility** and **inject some energy** whilst completing a variety of duties.

**We are looking for someone who is**
- Passionate about employee engagement, inclusion and equity
- Effectivly manage People Development administration procedures, including responsibility for compliance with Employment policies and regulation.
- Be able to develop learning and development materials for all levels of the team and coach our managers in the business.
- Advise on and co-ordinate disciplinary/capability and absence processes as necessary in conjunction with relevant policies
- To maintain accurate, up to date staff records
- Experience in hospitality is preferred but not necessary we are a fast paced, entrepreneurial company who never sits still for a minute.
- Multi-site experience is also preferred.
- Enthusiastic as part of the people team to partner with businesses to ensure that the People strategy is aligned to ensure that that our most important asset, our People are looked after and cared for.
