About the role:
We are looking for an experienced HR Administrator/Assistant to help ensure the administrative aspect of the department runs smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for:
- Maintaining employee files, oversee onboarding and manage referencing and right to work processes
- Assisting with the development of the Regional HR administrative processes and procedures to ensure we continue to provide a professional and comprehensive service
- Drafting and issuing of employee communication letters, e.g. employment contracts, resignation letters etc.
- Presenting new starter inductions and collate relevant new starter information for the HR and payroll systems
- Place uniform orders for new and existing employees
- Produce ID cards for all new starters
- Liaise with DM regarding relevant documentation and reporting, e.g. sickness absence
- Ensuring all payroll and HR systems are up-to-date and amended as required
- Managing the employee incentives: ‘Magic Moments’ ‘Magic Treats’ ‘Employee of the Month’ ‘Department of the Month’
- Continually manage and update the HR Admin tracker
- Provide adhoc administrative support to the Regional People Manager and Group People Director
Experience Required:
- Experience of working within a fast-paced HR department
- Experience of working within a team
- Providing HR support and advice to employees and line managers
- Professional and confident communicator with a wide range of individuals in a diverse environment
- Proficient IT skills including MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
- Working with HR data systems, inputting data and maintaining systems
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to plan ahead
