About Us

We are a boutique aesthetic clinic committed to providing a personalised and high-quality service to our clients. With a strong emphasis on creativity and attention to detail, we are looking for a talented Marketing Assistant to help grow our brand and expand our online presence.

About the Role

This role is ideal for someone passionate about marketing, social media, and the aesthetics industry. You will be responsible for managing a variety of digital channels and assisting with broader marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Social Media Management:

- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Respond promptly to enquiries and comments across all platforms, ensuring excellent client engagement.
- Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements to grow our audience.
- Paid Advertising:

- Manage and optimise paid adverts on Instagram, Facebook, and Google platforms to achieve targets.
- Analyse campaign performance and report on ROI.
- Content Creation:

- Develop high-quality visual and written content, including videos, photos, and blog posts, tailored for each platform.
- Be confident in appearing on camera when needed for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
- Use WhatsApp Business to send timely updates, offers, and respond to client messages professionally.
- Google My Business Management:

- Update and optimise the clinic’s Google My Business profile to improve local visibility and reviews.
- SEO and Digital Growth:

- Assist with website content optimisation and identify opportunities for better search rankings.
- Marketing Collateral:

- Support the creation of brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials.
- Administrative Support:

- Provide assistance to the manager with ad hoc tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

- Creativity and Initiative: A natural flair for creativity with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional organisational and detail-oriented skills.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence: Comfortable being in front of the camera for social content.
- Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the aesthetics or beauty industry.
