Iconic Digital is looking for a dynamic, self-starter with a great creative instinct and practical social media skills to join our growing team.

We are a full service digital marketing agency based in Wallington in Surrey. Our team help businesses to grow through using online marketing. This role is aimed at a talented and ambitious person who has the creativity and design skills required to help create eye-catching and memorable marketing output for our clients.

Working with our social media team, you will help with all aspects of social media scheduling and management. You will also be involved in the execution of new campaigns. Full training will be provided by the company to guide your approach. You will be a key member of the team, reporting back on how effective marketing campaigns have been and understanding where they can be improved. We are looking for someone with enthusiasm for business-to-business social media platforms and new marketing trends.

**Responsibilities**:

- Content Creation (40%) - working to create eye-catching content to market.
- Using design skills to produce digital content to share online via social media channels ie short videos and graphics.
- Social Media Management (60%) - planning social media delivery scheduling across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and Google MyBusiness.
- Report back on statistics.

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

- Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)
