**Sales Executive**

The purpose of the Sales Executives role is to support the Sales Manager in the development and growth of our Sales Function, promoting our materials and services to customers.

**Role Requirements**

**Role Responsibilities**
- You will also be tasked with successfully hitting business targets via the use of Telephone sales and amazing communication skills.
- Creating and nurturing sales leads, prospecting potential new customers alongside building and maintaining strong business relationships with new/existing customers.
- Supporting wider team answering incoming calls into the business providing customers with relevant product information.
- Identification of new opportunities for our business through prospecting potential customers.- Identification of current sectors where we could see steady growth through lead generation.
- Maintenance of customer and prospect databases.
- Expanding the prospecting database with new/updated information.
- Working with Sales Manager to determine strategic sales approach for prospecting.
- Identification of key decision makers to allow targeted leads via linkedIn
- Speaking to customers frequently to build and develop relationships.
- Following up calls in a timely manner should customers require information from you.
- Increase of sales within current customer base.
- Ad-hoc support with Marketing - supporting sales manager with content for magazine, press releases. and attendance at exhibitions, shows and networking events.
- Processing customer information into our business system MS Dynamics AX.
- Provide competitor analysis feedback quarterly (where possible)
- Maintaining the standards of departmental training.
