We’re looking for an enthusiastic and keen individual who is up for something different, to join a successful and highly engaged team within our Water Treatment team.

In this role you’ll be of high importance and provide key support throughout water delivery, working closely with various stakeholders and delivery teams to manage the ground water sites around the county area of Staffordshire.

Key to your success in the role will be the confidence to develop preventative strategies and solve problems quickly. You must also be able to confidently negotiate work orders with our contractors to put in place solutions quickly.

**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**:

- Groundwater treatment processes or water distribution networks experience, or alternatively an enthusiastic and keen attitude to learn and be trained in this sector.
- Have excellent communication skills to liaise with colleagues, contractors and customers.
- Attention to detail to ensure compliance with our procedures and accurate reporting through our systems.
- Previous experience using breathing apparatus and entering confined spaces is desirable, but not essential.
- A willingness to want to work efficiently and independently around the workplace.
- Knowledge and experience of using different IT systems.
- Improving current processes to drive efficiency.
- Full UK Driving licence.
