Xenia Lettings currently let and manage over 1500 properties across England and Scotland, primarily in the Student Accommodation sector.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer focused part time Front of House to work across three student properties in Glasgow City Centre.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Offering a warm welcome and exceptional customer service to all residents and visitors
- To complete the necessary administrative tasks involved in property letting such as references, contracts and ID verification
- To complete property viewings, room inspections, inventories and check outs as appropriate
- To assist the Head Office team with any on site tasks as required
- To work with the on site maintenance and housekeeping team/s to ensure the building is clean, tidy and well presented at all times

You will need to be patient and understanding as we often work with students who are living away from home for the first time.

The role is part time between Monday - Friday but we are open and flexible to the number of hours and shift pattern that would work for you

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Lettings experience is desirable but not essential
- Full clean driving license
- Demonstrable customer service experience
