Reporting to the CEO, the Head of Delivery is a key leadership role working collaboratively with the RevOps, Technology and Finance teams to ensure we deliver an exceptional client experience, and deliver projects on time and on budget.

**About You**

You will work closely with the Director of Technology and have responsibility for shaping and directing our project, analysis, development, support and QA teams. You will have a proven track record of mentoring and inspiring teams; you will be a team player who is willing to get stuck into the detail when needed. You will help deliver complex technical projects to clients, from major transformation projects to cloud migrations, whilst also managing the financial and contractual aspects of delivery to ensure balanced commercial relationships and profitable project delivery. You will be solutions-focused, a problem solver and can collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.

**Essential Expertise**:

- A technical background and understanding of software development and consultancy in a commercial supplier environment.
- Proven B2B project and programme management experience, with a focus on Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
- Ability to manage projects to contracts, pro-actively mitigating business risks and staying within budget.
- Thorough understanding of the software development life cycle and change control process
- Confidence to challenge the norm and have constructive conversations with senior stakeholders.
- Outstanding communication skills

**Desirable Skills**:

- Relevant qualification in a technical or projects discipline or equivalent experience.
- Experience of leading digital transformation projects, either to internal or external stakeholders.
