**Aftersales Parts Coordinator** **Nuneaton - Hybrid Working Available** **£30,000-£40,000** This role is an exciting opportunity to work for a leading developer of medium and heavy-duty class commercial vehicles. Using a system engineering approach, they have developed cutting edge world-class electric vehicle technology. With government and privateinvestment backing, this company is now 8 years old and in full swing of manufacturing electrical trucks, with exceptional growth plans this is a great time to join the team. My client is looking for an experienced individual to be the link between the network of Approved Repairers, our parts suppliers, and warehouse and logistics partners. This is a unique opportunity for someone to join the organisation at this exciting time andexplore training of cutting-edge technologies. We are looking for a proactive individual with a "can-do" attitude who has a strong and proven ability to work under pressure while proving a high level of customer service. This exciting opportunity means youwould make your mark early in the company's development, taking ownership of your work and using your expertise to achieve personal and business goals. **The Role**: Your daily tasks will include various administration tasks as required some of these include parts pricing, this must be completed based on an agreed margin structure for the dealers and distributors and use the stock management system with automated re-orderingprocesses to the parts suppliers plus a logical and easy to use reporting system based on KPIs. **Requirements**: Demonstrable experience in automotive is essential with previous dealership retail experience and/or OEM experience. Applicants must be used to working within a fast-paced dealership environment with a customer-facing aftersales role (i.e service advisor orparts advisor) or experience of working covering vehicle repair, diagnosis, and customer handling. The position demands enthusiasm and good command in all forms of communication, self-confident and initiative-taker to develop and create high quality information to facilitate collaborative working with colleagues, vendors, and contractors to ensure a highquality and efficient service is provided.
