**About the role**

We are currently recruiting for a part time Retail Support Administrator in our Wellingborough head office.

Ideally the part time hours will be Monday-Friday 4hours per day and will offer a hybrid option of office and home working with a requirement to be office based 2-3 days a week.

**Role Responsibility**

Managing consumer query inbox and inbound calls

Liaising with external suppliers and internal departments to support customers effectively

Updating and maintaining customer databases including a physical filing system

**You will need**

Previous administrative/customer service experience in a similar role

Knowledge of SAP would be advantageous but not essential

Strong written and verbal communication skills
