Are you an energetic, empathetic and eager individual looking to make a positive impact in individuals’ lives?

Creative Support are looking for a Support Worker to join our friendly team in Wellingborough, Northampton. You will be supporting adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs in their daily lives, and promoting their independence.

Every day is different here at our service in Wellingborough, Northampton. You will be supporting our service users with a variety of tasks in their daily lives. We recently went to Skegness as a team and our service users particularly enjoyed going to thepool and relaxing in the hot tub

**Support Worker Duties**:

- Provision of practical, emotional and behavioural support to service users
- Provide support to individuals around life skills
- A commitment to making a positive difference in individuals lives
- Develop and sustain warm and trusting relationships with service users
- Full time or part time hours available, to be worked flexibly according to the needs of the service to include daytimes, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
- Carry out general administrative duties and housing management tasks

Our Wellingborough Service is well situated within the town of Wellingborough, close to many bus routes and train stations.
