At times where you are not busy, you may be required provide reception cover, for which full training will be provided.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with patients and other caregivers to set goals and update care plans.
- Provide therapeutic care to patients
- Conduct patient assessments and evaluations
- Observe, assess, and record changes in patient conditions
- Help patients to perform self-care activities.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £15.00-£18.00 per hour

- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Surrey, GU9 7HX: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
