Our Perth hub & outreach services are growing every day; these rewarding job opportunities offer lots of job satisfaction & job security in these worrying times. **The role - Support Worker & Community Living Assistants - dual services** We support people with a variety of complex disabilities in the community and our spacious, purpose-built hub setting, which offers sensory, kitchen and craft spaces with access to idyllic grounds and amazing facilities such as a hydrotherapy pool, rebound therapy an accessible gym. It is an exciting time to join and help us shape our big plans for our brand new facilities, which are coming soon. You will be supporting our customers in both our day centre and community care/outreach services. When in the hub, you will support either 1-1 or group care; your day will be filled with recreational activities & will also include assisting with their personal care, dressing, medication & mealtimes. When in our customers own homes, usually for 4 hour visits, you will assist with their daily living routines, not only offering 1-1 care but support to attend appointments & social events of their choice.
