My name is H and I live in my own home in Bridge of Earn. I enjoy living my life to the fullest and am looking for staff who are fun, positive and who are animal lovers - especially people who love cats and dogs.

I'm a very outgoing person and enjoy playing games, watching football, taking part in quizzes and using the internet to socialise and relax.

My staff team are great and they support me to:

- Maintain my home
- Complete personal care
- Move around my home
- Enjoy an active social life

I like to be able to plan my days, so my staff work from 8am - 8pm or 8pm - 8am (waking night). I need different support overnight and during the day, so I like my staff to support me on different shifts so they know how to support me all the time.

I'm currently looking for
**full-time (36 hours),**
**part-time (12 or 24 hours) and bank **Female Advanced Support Workers to join my team.

**Your values**:
My ideal team member will have a Level 3 qualification in Social Care or equivalent experience (paid, voluntary or personal experience)

You will be willing to take the time to get to know me and communicate clearly so I know what's happening. It's important that you're reliable and that we have common interests, but you also need to be able to get on with the rest of my team.

During the recruitment process, I like to meet new people at my home for a cuppa and a chat.

**A Place I Belong**

Here at Community Integrated Care we aim to be a warm, welcoming and inclusive employer, where all colleagues feel they belong. We want to an organisation that is truly fair and equal to all - where individual diversity is valued, unique characteristics celebrated and everyone feels able to bring their true selves to work.

By encouraging and embracing a range of diverse backgrounds, experiences, capabilities and viewpoints, we will build a stronger, richer, more vibrant workforce, which reflects the people we support, and the communities in which we work. It helps us make better decisions, bring fresh ideas and become a true provider and employer of choice.

We have a really clear plan to achieve this called A Place I Belong. This publicly sets out the promises we’ve made to achieving this vision and how we will hold ourselves to account to getting there. You can read more about this by clicking here.
