CLINICAL TEAM LEADER

Band 6 £38021 to £44,972 inc of all allowances

In collaboration with the Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM), lead the team in maintaining a safe and therapeutic clinical environment for staff and patients.

Supporting the CNM in developing and maintaining innovative nursing interventions.

Demonstrate positive situational leadership skills

Provide/ensure Clinical supervision and support is available to junior staff.

Promote personal and professional development of staff through the creation of a positive learning environment.

Ensure high standard of evidence based care is provided to our patients.

Act as Unit co-ordinator within the Hospital as required.

Broadmoor Hospital is part of the West London NHS Trust and one of only three High Secure Hospitals in England. In 2019 we opened our new state of the art high secure hospital Hospital, and are looking for staff to come and join our amazing team.
