Job Title: Clinical Complex Carer Paediatric Client Location: Reading Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am-2.30pm Pay Rate: £20ph weekdays and £33per hour weekends should any weekend work come up, this position is self employed About Us: County Carers is a trusted provider of complex care, supporting clients and their families with tailored, compassionate, and professional home-based care.Read all the information about this opportunity carefully, then use the application button below to send your CV and application.We are currently looking for an experienced Complex Carer or 2to join our team and support a young child with significant healthcare needs.You will be fully supported by our expert management and clinical team, but we are looking for someone with a strong background in complex paediatric care who can confidently hit the ground running.Role Requirements: We are specifically seeking a carer who has experience working with children with complex needs and is fully trained and competent in the following areas: Paediatric complex care experience (essential) Suctioning Epilepsy management VP (Ventriculoperitoneal) shunt care PEG (Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy) feeding Breath-holding episodes Essential Criteria: Must be fluent in English this is a specific request from the clients family Proven experience in a complex care role, must bewith children Up-to-date mandatory training and clinical competencies (or willingness to update through us) Reliable, compassionate, and able to build trust with both the child and their family Enhanced DBS (or willingness to undergo one) Important Note: We have had applicants whodid not have sufficient complex care experience, we are looking to shortlist only highly experienced candidates at this stage.If you are only availble a few days a week , this is ok as we are typically looking for a few carers to share the shifts throughout the week.I look forward to recieveing your applications and will be in conatct. xwwtmva We have a dedicated onboarding team who will ensure the correctsafegaurding process prior to anyone meeting the client.d02fcfcb-6df4-40ee-95cf-3eb059ce3173
